Lynne has been in nursing for more than thirty years with the majority of them in neonatal nursing.
She has experience of working both at home and overseas and as such has a wide variety of knowledge.
Her passion is in ensuring that we do a good job at caring for our sick and vulnerable neonates and that our nursing staff are well trained and empowered to do this and that we work well in each of our teams.
A key area of this is making sure that we work with families in order to keep improving.
