Family-centred approach
NNeTS operates a family-centred approach to transport and aims to offer to transport one parent with their baby whenever possible. Sometimes this is not possible due to the number of seats available in the ambulance, the medical status of the parent, or when a larger, extended team has been deployed for specific cases. We have information for parents whose babies are being moved and our teams consider parents moving on a case-by-case basis.
